Today’s life is full of hustle no one has time even to care about him or herself. None of individual takes care of themselves due to busy schedule. most of us neglect our heath. this leads to disease like we know that is heart attacks, cancers, and many more. Why people suffer from disease is they run behind assets and money. So modern people get affected by high or low blood pressure that gradually leads to heart attacks.

 

Why there is low blood pressure?

 

As we know all professional, students, corporate etc as well as there is no barrier of age or difference between women and men. Excessive stress and strain has become part of each one’s life individual. So to avoid these we have to take care of our heath. we should be fit and prepare good diet chart it is vitally important without your daily work.

 

The blood pressure reduces due to following reasons

 

  • Less amount of water in your body

Don’t eat salt if you have low blood pressure. The basic reason why we should avoid salt is that it contains sodium. The sodium causes to reduce your blood pressure level. it is advice that people who have low blood pressure should avoid eating salty food items like salty potato. Reduce the salt in your food.

 

  • Change your food eating habits

One having outside food habit should stop it. try teat food that is cooked in your house. make diet chart. this is also welcomed to cure your disease. We should follow food eating habits.   • Be free from tension

The reason for low blood pressure is excess work tension, worries and strain on one mind. this leads to your heart attacks. Be happy with what you don’t take lot of stress of work.

One should take advice of doctors they can provide guidance and you will be healthy.

 

 To be fit you have to follow above guidelines and advice given by doctors to be far from low blood pressure and hence far from heart attack and disease. So always eat home cooked food and regular daily warm up exercise at least. Stay fit and healthy!
