Stress, if not handled, makes your body produce fat accumulating hormone- Cortisol. Too much of sleep should be avoided. Thumb rule is- 7 hours of shut eye is good for an adult.

You want to lose your belly fat- the thing you got by having more calories than required. Regularly Exercising  not only keeps you in better shape but also elevates your mood. When your metabolism gets a thrust, you burn more calories and so, fatter. Also, whatever exercise you choose, it’s likely that depletion of fat starts at your belly storage. Particularly, cardio exercises like walking or jogging the produce better result. You can enrol to a gym for overall body health benefits.

Manage your stress

Managing your stress is important to lower the secretion of cortisol. Think about meditation. Exercising will help. When you have stressed, you fall prey to bad eating habits. So to lose your belly fat you can start with, well-being happy.
