Intro:

Text Ticker is a tool which provides the facility to desktop for scrolling the text file only. This tool starts the taping from the top most of your PC but according to the wish of user he or she can move anywhere he want.

All working of this tool is same as windows. After producing the program we can simply drop and drag of text file onto the tape and it immediately shows.

Features:

We can run many movements of the text Ticker and every user can simply change the different fonts, colors, background as well.

If the program does not give any feature a file named WAV on our PC can play every time when changes are made.
The Text Ticker can scrolls text vertically or horizontally with the user speed.

If the user does not want to scroll the whole file then he can set the program for the first and last lines which is given in the program.
